Origin doesn't load

I have ts4 with Pets as a bundle. The game started to blush, as if the Pets were not there at all, the origin did not load. So I thought it would be caused by a weak connection so I will try when I come home. At home, the internet is normally running, origin is still like that. So I tried to uninstall everything to install it again. I installed the origin but it is still not loaded. So I can't even install ts4 again.
