Origin can't logout the Sims 3 after latest update

Ok,

Origin last update at 30th. July.2015

Since the Sims 3 expansions are all included in the starter game picture, we can only press play on the last installed game expansion, not the starter game because the ( Play) Button is fade and not responding, that's fine till now.

After save and quit the Game I can't logout origin, it's giving a message that the game is still working, the last expansion play-button is solid color, means the game is not working, but the starter game play-button is already faded which may be indicating that the game is on.

 

I can't logout Origin any more

@Manalltoucan Hi,

 

What happens if you reboot the machine, are you still experiencing this behavior afterwards?

 

It does appear as if any Sims 3 tasks are still open and are not closing properly. You could check that by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Escape at the same time and looking through the list.

 

If it does not show up, it would be great if you could try looking at your reliability monitor following the steps below:


1. Press Win+R to open the run box
2. Type perfmon /rel to open the reliability monitor.

This opens a window where you can click on the error's visually shown (white X in red circle) to find the latest one related to Origin. Click show details and then paste the info that is listed in there in here.

 

Any additional info you might have would be helpful as well.
