Origin can't find installed game and won't accept product code.

I found a solution for this with the Sims 3 expansions, at least. They were suddenly gone from my library, only leaving me with the base game icon. I was able to access and re-install the missing expansion packs clicking the (i) button of the Sims 3 base game icon. It would then take me to an overview of all available expansions, where my purchased expansions were listed, so I could re-download them. It was utterly annoying, but at least I have access to them again.

Hey @ibrahemadwar if you have the game in your Origin My Game Library then go ahead and right-click on the game tile and select Properties which will open a new window where your Product key will be shown.
