Origin application error

Hi all. I had to do a clean install of Windows recently but as I attempt to install Origin, I get this message saying, "The application was unable to install correctly (0xc0000005)"

I tried everything including safe mode and clean boot. I noticed that Origin installed without any issues in safe mode but the problem continues in normal mode. I've been trying to solve this since yesterday. Origin worked completely fine before formatting my PC but not now?

Can you please let us know if running Origin as an Administrator while using a Windows User Account with Admin. privileges prevents this error?
