Origin account help

I made my origin account using my Xbox when I bought Dragon Age Inquisition and when I made it (The account is TheRefuro) And it told me to put in a username, but didnt give me a chance to put in a password or Email. Im auto signed in when I start BF4 or Dragon Age, but idk how to access account on computer. I even tried putting in my account details for my Xbox account and it didnt work. I cant figure out how to login or find my password or email with the account. Any help would be greatly appreciated
