Origin Wont Install

everytime I try to install it  it starts and after about 3 seconds it stops and nothing happens it just sits their any thoughts? all im trying to do is get an update for spore...

you are trying to install Origin on what? does your system meet the system requirements? did you try re-downloading origin? also some anti-virus programs will block origin from connecting to server.
