Origin Won't Download/Install!

I've got a question, my Origin won't download. (Not the games but actual Origin) After installing it, it will say 'Whoops - the installer encountered an error' Then error code 9:0. Someone please help me, I want to play games but I can't. It also just uninstalled by itself so I'm not sure what happened, but basically I can't install it again, someone just please left me.

@CPX_Bananpori Bit of an unusual one, generally when seeing errors such as those I would suggest clearing the Origin cache. 

You can clear the Origin Cache by following the steps below:

1. Completely log out and close down Origin
2. Hold down the Windows key and R
3. Type in "%ProgramData%" (without quotes) and click OK
4. Now open the Origin folder.
5. Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent (do not delete this one)
6. Hold down the Windows key and R
7. Type in "%AppData%" (without quotes) and click OK
8. This will take you to a Roaming folder, which is located inside of AppData. Delete the Origin folder
9. Click on the word "AppData" at the top of your window
10. Open the Local folder here
11. Delete the Origin folder listed here
12. Restart your PC and log back into Origin

Manually uninstall Origin http://help.ea.com/en/article/manually-uninstalling-origin/

Run CCleaner http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/

Then go in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin -delete this Origin folder

Now you have to go to your recycle bin and clean so there will no longer Origin exist as a file.

Now  delete temp files.

Restart your machine.

Install Origin as administrator https://www.origin.com/en-ie/download

Hello origin not works on my pc with win 10. I cant install it. Just loading and nothing more. After i closed and try it again but nothing happen. What can i do  now :/ ?

I keep trying everything I can and when I try to launch origin it keeps saying I'm missing "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" or the same thing but heap instead of runtime. I've tried to fix this multiple times but I'm lost, I really need help.

DUDE I WAS THE SAME PROBLEM THAT IT LOADS AND NOTHING HAPPENS. I AM NOT ABLE TO INSTALL ORIGIN. I TRIED YOUR SOLUTION. BUT IT STILL WON'T WORK  WHAT SHALL I DO NOW I WANNA PLAY APEX LEGENDS
