Hi @BrandieLR7
You need the Microsoft Visual C 2015 redistributable, install from this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Restart your machine.
Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).

In Origin or with a game?
it's a long shot but could you try installing the vcredist files in the Origin folder and see if that makes a difference?

So, I downloaded Office 365 and installed local applications (usual, office ones) which automatically installed Microsoft Visual C++ and this solved the problem, now Origin can be opened normaly, no error during the sturtup of Windows. Obviously errors were connected to the wrong C++ installed on the PC... Try to play with different C++ instalations.
Hope this helps...

Once thats loaded press where it say repair and thats it.
