Origin Launcher - BEX ERROR [ Edited ]

So recently, I've decided to re download Origin, and got it installed, but when I try to launch it, it disables windows Aero (colour scheme changes) and comes up with a error window saying "origin is not responding" and the error that it is listed as is a "BEX" error.  Now as any normal person would do they would google what to do, so I did, tried changing compatibility mode, running it as admin, messing about with DEP stuff, and still not working, and right now I'm currently scanning for any errors I don't know about.  Help would be appreciated since I've just bought the mass effect trilogy.

Update:  the past 2 times I've tried to open origin, its wanted to start "updating" still doesn't fix.

Update 2: Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work.

Update 3: Yes I'm updating this as I go along: Updated my drivers, still no change

Update 4: Scanning for more errors just in case

Update 5: After reading most of the threads about this error, i can inform you that they don't work for this (uninstalling display driver/DEP/Command prompt stuff)

Update 7: So just out of curioisity i tried opening origin in my guest account on my PC and it opened...so its my admin account thats not working

Update 8: so that wasnt a work around, it actually doesnt let me download games (no clue why, just says something about admin - yes im putting the password in and allowing it - needs to say yes)

Update 9: I have done the c++ repair and the .exe's in origin folder 

Update 10: My windows hasnt been updated since 2015 - Just updated them still occurring.

Update 11: Updated my windows, Still receiving the error...

Can try this link 

you can also go into add/remove programs and find the listings for C++ if you click on modify , once the installer starts up there will be a repair option. 

go through and use repair on all the C++ installed that allows modify.

The error references MSVCR120.dll, that is part of the following package that you should download and install. Retry Origin after that and let us know your results here. Thanks.

Downloaded that package and the problem still is occurring

Edit; Justo also inform, the package above was "Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows Desktop with Update 4"

Out of ideas on how to sort this, so gonna bump this to see if anyone else has any other ideas on how to fix this.

Sorry, I was OOO yesterday. That install should have helped, not sure why it didn't.

Try the following installers from your Origin folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\vcredist_x64.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\vcredist_x86.exe
