Origin Downloads Being Odd

So i'm currently trying to install Battlefront and while downloading I notice it will be going on as normal then the progress of the download will just jump back. For example ill be on 6% and then boom I'm back to 2%. Also while downloading my download speed will be fine and normal and then just drop to 0 mb/sec. I've reinstalled origin, ran as admin, and done a clean boot but still have the problem. Can anyone help?

Try power cycling your router and connecting to it with a cable rather than wirelessly if you can.
