hmm thats quite odd, only thing i can see this happends is system restore a previous working system, but i doubt that, because you will mention that.
there is simple to many things here that dont add up, either windows is not update beacause VC and .net is part of windows auto update unless this is a company pc with administrator windows policy change things back, and i doubt is the case
origin error code can be look up in pinned down threads at board.
this also look like a browser issue and security issue same time.
what browser do you have as default ?
what security app have you had installed include outdate uninstalled app.
ps.
reason is leftover files can still be active.
origin client is a browser, so whatever extension you have in default browser can effect origin.
this included with ( web safe surfing or other web protecting anti virus app. )
