Origin Account

I have an origin account for BF3 and Mass Effect on PC, linked to my gmail address

I had a separate EA account for BFP4F linked to my hotmail address

I recently played the Demo of NHL and Madden on my PS3, which asked me for account stuff.

I get an email from origin at my gmail that there was a successful email change.

Now I must log into origin on my pc using my hotmail associated account, and my BF3 and Mass Effect information on that account is gone.

Any help...

For everything account/serial code related, you need to contact Customer Support.

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.

If the Live Chat option is not active for you, choose US as your country.
