At Answer HQ we are not able to help with security issues. You need to contact a game advisor.
When contacting a game advisor, use another account and keep the following information ready:
# A game serial number to locate your account (Gamertag, PSN ID or character names could be accepted if needed)
# Your contact e-mail address
# The e-mail address from the hacked account
# Your real birth date
# Birth day needed for account setup

# If you need to change language, click on the language in the menu bar on the left
# Search the game you need help with.
# Select the game by clicking on the image and click next.

# Select a topic and enter your issue and click next
You will now be provided with the contact options that are available, depending on your country.
