I had a Origin account for a email I used, the e-mail got cancelled unexpectedly and now my Origin account is non-existent. I had Battlefield Hardline full edition, and all of Battlefield 3. All DLCs, etc. The name I used was PenguinD1500 and it's nowhere to be found. How can I fix this?

I would suggest trying any other email addresses you might have to see whether the games are registered on that account.
If you are unable to figure out which account it might be, you will need to contact an EA Game Advisor: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new
You can find details on how to do so here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/contact-ea-help/
Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as Product, your Platform, "Manage my account" as Topic, select "Find missing game" and describe your issue to see all available contact options.

I know what e-mail the PenguinD1500 account was, it was my main Origin account. Whenever I try to go to any of those help.ea links, I get
