Origin Access member , broken upgrades

hi

i got NFS Rivals and after i signed up for Origin Access i got a free upgrade to complete edition with more cars .. etc

other cars are available for me for free with ( get it now ) button next to them , when i press that button i get a looping white circle that does nothing at all , also the upgrade notice is always on even after i got the Complete edition , any help here ??

The suggestion there was to clear the Origin cache. Can both of you try that as well and report back in the linked topic?

Same for me, and I've contacted support about this issue, they said this is a major problem so they will be finding a solution on how to fix it
