Orgin not letting me log on

I'm trying to install the Sims on my laptop but when I get to the origin log in part it keeps saying unknown error. My I'd and password are correct as I can log in on other devices with them but won't let me create a new account or even when I click on the button that says can't access your account it doesn't work. 

What can I do??
