Order History is Blank/Security Key [ Edited ]

My order history shows up as blanked, though I placed my order almost 24 hours ago for a physical Star Wars: The Old Republic security key. Will it stay this way until the product physically ships out?

I see the sticky above talking about PC purchases not showing up, but I did not know if that applied to a physical security key that I ordered.
