Yeah, so... every time I try to check my order history I get that error (As shown on the attached image). no matter what or where. on my PC, on my phone, on another computer, just won't work.
And it's extremely irritating because I should very much like to see if the payment was made for a game gifted to a friend, as I'm uncertain due to it not asking me for a payment method, and simply saying that it had been sent. (Greater detailed post about all of that here)
I just wanna check if it was payed for, and it won't let me.
Please help.

It's not often I see that issue pop up @JayFuzz42/.
Can you ensure that any software such as a firewall or anti-virus is not blocking it? It's also worth clean booting your system and then trying again: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Hi, thank you for the reply, but I don't believe that's the issue, as it happens only to my account, across multiple platforms.
I tested it with a friends account and it worked fine for that one.

In that case @JayFuzz42 the best thing to do is speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to look at your account and see if there is an issue.

Can't log in

I have the same issue. I'm trying to contact someone to help me but i can't. When I open the contact EA portal and choose PC -> Acc Management -> Payment details and click Select contact option, nothing happens.
