Old email on ea account

I've been trying to change my old email literally all day now and I've gotten no where. Been sent in circles round the website and I cannot get any help, I spoke to someone on the phone who said they were sending me a webform to recover my account but the link just sent me to the home page of the website. Please help I just want to play fifa

@EA_Darko You know this doesn't work, because the webform is bugged: https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-General-Questions/Case-history-empty/m-p/8574132#M329096

I just followed your link and clicked "Fill out our webform" and it links to: https://help.ea.com/account-recovery/web-form

But that link is effectively dead, since it doesn't allow you to submit the form. Currently, it just gives me the option to call EA. Which I've done already. But that's pointless, because they refer back to the VERY SAME FORM!!!!!!!
