Old email is closed, how do i change to a new one

So i wanted to log onto the companion app, but i was told to verify my account.

The problem is that the email account that was used 5 or so years ago, no longer exist. which means i am unable to get the verification code. i cant change my email on eas website either, as it is the same process. i would have no problem calling ea support, but i dont know the number for their European support call center. help is very much needed
