ORIGIN LOGIN UNAVAILABLE for Mac

Mac computer, ORIGIN LOGIN UNAVAILABLE, nobody in the house is Apple savvy, can someone help as my 9 year old has spent his limited money on this game SIMS4, and we can't even get started, please help

We have had this issue reported in the past and users were able to resolve it after resetting their Origin on their Mac. Please follow the instructions posted here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
