ORIGIN INSTALLATION ERROR 20:3

ORIGIN installation error 20:3 is there any solution for this its been year since i first contacted suport that didnt give any solution. i am sick of this having paid games that i cant use cause each time u start origin there is new problem.

Hi @goranspurga

Go in Safe Mode with Networking and install Origin as Adminstrator https://www.origin.com/en-ie/download

Restart your machine .

Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2 

NOTE if you have any issues opening Origin :

-clear hosts file http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034

-delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp%  in the Search field  or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.

-restart your machine

-perform a Clean Boot  https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

If anyone is still having this error, what solved for me was to download the full installer, not the thin version:

https://download.dm.origin.com/origin/live/OriginSetup.exe
