ORIGIN CLIENT WONT LOAD!

My origin is stuck on loading screen and i have tried clearing cache(followed EA's instructions) but as you can see its not working now. HELP

Please do it again this way:

All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)

• Close Origin completely.
  (right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
• Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder.
  (The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• Type or copy and paste "%AppData%" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
• Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder.
• Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the "Roaming" folder.
• In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on "AppData".
• Open the "Local" folder.
• Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the  "Local" folder.
• Restart your PC. > test

If that don't works try resetting your Internet Explorer settings.

@holger1405 What if I'm on a Mac?

I have been having this exact same problem. I have tried to reset origin as you mentioned, but for some reason it will not allow me to delete the "logs" folder, saying that the folder is in use by the origin web helper service... Extremely frustrating!! 

All I'm trying to do is update my game as I know there's a new update out and now I can't even load my game up at all.

• Make sure Origin is closed.
• Press the Windows key and type "Services" (Without the quotes)
• Klick on "Services" in the search results.
• Search for the "Origin Web Helper Service"
• Right click the service > Stop.
• Clear the Cache again.

my screen stays like this and doesnt really work after that i tried all clearing cash , uninstalling and reinstalling still it doesnt work I dont really know what to do anymore I did have the same problem but after like 3 mins it loads but now it doesnt at all . what can I do ?

Did you uninstalled Origin in this way?

look at this guide. to preform a clean uninstall of Origin.

• Scroll down to "How to uninstall the Origin client the hard way"
• Follow the instructions to the letter. 
• reboot.
• Download this version of the "OriginSetup.exe"
• Run the installer as Administrator (Right click the "OriginSetup.exe" > Run as an Administrator) > Test.

are all refusing to delete because " the file is open in another program" 

but I don't think I have any of them open in another program

Disable the auto-start of Origin > Restart the computer > Try again.
