Hi,
I know this issue isn't new on this page but I've literally tried everything from deleting the Download Cache Folder, uninstalling my antivirus software, and using the ResetOrigin app.
However, still no luck. I don't what to do honestly right now and I don't want to lose my games.
Hope someone can still help. My MacBook specs are:
macOS High Sierra
Version 10.13.4
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB

@gpabaya Try a clean uninstall of Origin. The reset tool currently misses one file, but you can remove it manually and then trash the app. Instructions are here:

If that doesn't work, do another clean uninstall, then create a new admin user account on your Mac and install Origin there. If you can open it properly, you can use that account to play; just transfer your game folder(s) to the new user account, and your progress will carry over.
