You are far too late to qualify for an EA refund at this date, even had you made your purchase from Origin.

This is Answer HQ, not EA Help Center. We do not handle refunds here. I am a volunteer on AHQ, what we call a Peer, for our Self-Help discussions. I know the outcome you can expect; I'm not in the loop directly -- Only a Game Adviser has the authority to deal with refunds that do not meet the requirements for the Great Game Guarantee.
Your own purchase NEVER met that Guarantee's requirements. It was not purchased through Origin. You will be wasting your time, but . .
All of the Game Advisers are on the Help Centers, none are in here:

@Biscuit409 Hi,
The company you listed is not an authorized retailer. Please read this article for further info: http://help.ea.com/en/article/should-i-purchase-my-ea-downloadable-games-from-cd-key-sellers/
If you did buy a game from them, you will need to get in touch with them regarding refunds.
Should you decide to purchase a game directly from EA in the future, you can do so from the Origin store here: https://www.origin.com/
One of the advantages of purchasing directly on Origin is the Great Game Guarantee: https://www.origin.com/great-game-guarantee
Cheers,
Nils
