I'm trying to refund Vampyr (I purchased it yesterday and have yet to launch it) but on the refund page it says that there are no available games to refund. I just want my money back....

Hey @YugortBoy as it is a third party game I am not sure that it is possible to refund it. The best thing to do is speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

Hey @YugortBoy I'm not seeing any issues really related to Vampyr there. There are a couple of issues with Windows and programs running so it's no harm running the System File Checker in Windows 10 to see if it finds any issues: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker

Alright, the files that were once corrupted are now repaired. Thank you for that, but what can we do about me refunding this game?
