Here's an issue...
None of the links (that is the "Call Me", "Live Chat", or "Email Me") are available to be clicked.
So what I'm seeing here (and stop me if I'm wrong) is that EA doesn't have a support team anymore. Thusly, if I have a problem as a consumer of their goods I'm basically S.O.L.
I've been having a problem with a game you guys have cut funding on and I've been trying to find out who to hold accountable for the problem I'm having with my account. But how exactly am I supposed to do that if I can't even get into contact with someone?!
Am I expected to use this forum-based idea of "help" and wait for someone who is basically a middle man to answer a post that probably won't even be posted? Or am I basically expected to do what your support team is doing; sitting around with their hands over their ears shouting "LA LA LA" until the problem fixes itself.
This whole situation has basically removed all trust I had in EA. As of this moment, there really is not reason for me to purchase one of their products being that they can't even help me with a problem if I have one.

Hi flashlightantics,
Please select a product, category and platform by using the textbox above the "Call Me", "Live Chat" and "Email Me".
You will then be able to select a contact method.

This is a website issue, can't even put a email up?
I'm having a BIG problem and the only solution is to contact, I've searched everywhere to contact so don't send me another of those links, it seams that you don't even have all you game registered in the site, so how am I suppose to get help with it.
