One thing that might already help would be the name of your local ISP, just to rule any network issues in that regard.

I've tried from two PCs from opposite sides of the city, one ISP is Maxnet Telecom Ltd (http://maxnet.ua/en/) and the other one was ITL Company (http://www.itl.ua/).

I just went on to check what I could find myself. When I first get connected to an agent I see a GET request like this:

And response:

Following that it's making similar requests every couple seconds, getting results like these:

lpConnLib.Process({"ResultSet": {"lpCallId":"1434704770214-272","lpCallConfirm":"","lpData":[]}});

All of them since initial agent info have empty lpData and I didn't see any other requests between them.

 

When I type something I see the following sequence of requests:

Response to which is same as for cmd=visitorEvents above, with empty lpData.

I will mark this thread as solved now as the underlying issue with you had wanted to contact us about has since been resolved.

Doesn't look like anything changed. Tried both using existing case and creating a new one. Of course, I made sure to disable all my addons, extensions and user scripts before that, using Ffirefox 38.0.5.
