When I submit a case, they only give me an option of emailing them and not live chatting them. Why is this a thing? Ps: they don't reply (and my email is verified)

Suspended account. Because my account has been permanently suspended from the transfer market. They give me the option to email you. They say they would be replying in 3 days and I wait for a week and I get no response. And if you can unlock it pleeease I beg you to open the transfer market in my account

@XxIbra_GamingxX Unfortunately we are unable to assist with Bans on the forums, as disputes with TOS are handled with our Terms of Service Team. If an email was the presented contact option then will email your case to them to further investigate. From here I would recommend simply keeping an eye on your email for a response from them.
