So I wanted to contact EA in live chat and it was working and I accidentally created 2 times the same ticket, on the third time the live chat button didn't show. And the 2 submitted tickets were marked as resolved even when no support was given. The only thing I can get support as is only for them to call me. But i want to do it through a live chat.

Same bro! They marked it as resolved even though its not yet fixed! THe only option in screen is call but i cant afford call since im from sea.
