No access to my e-mail account

I have no acces to email that my EA account is connected with. The story beggins when someone decided to get acces to my email account. As soon as I could i have changed my email address on every site I could remind, and then deleted my email account, to prevent anyone's possibility to make something "bad" to me. Unfortunately I forgot about EA account and noticed that somebody got acces to my EA account too, changed only the "safety question" and my birth date, but, fortunately, he hasn't changed my password, so I can still login using my email, which is not existing anymore and my password. I have contacted with EA Poland, but they refused to let me change my email to the new one, even if I gave them one of the CD-Keys for the game that I bought "physicaly" and added to my account. I have no idea how to prove that I am me, so maybe you guys could help me. I hope everything is understandable :D
