I am trying to access FUT web app, it is asking me to verify my email address, it it not sending the verification email. Yet i receive emails other emails from EA.

Double check that the verification email is not going to your spam or junk folder.
If you are able to log in on a trusted device and, change the verification the be sent via SMS (Text) to a cell phone, try that.
If none of those work, You will need to Contact An Advisor.

How would you change verification to text?

@salgarcia8 If you are able to log in go to https://myaccount.ea.com/
Click on Security
Click on Edit next to the word Preferences.
There you can change how verification codes are sent to you. You will need a mobile phone that can receive text messages from EA.

If you are unable to receive the email then please reach out to our Advisors:

Hey @6556y5ygt I'm locking this thread as it is quite old.
There is currently an issue with the emails being received but the team is working on it.
