I am trying to reach customer support. I did so this morning, but I needed to figure out an email password so he gave me a case number to give when I get back. Now I'm back and whenever I try to start a chat there is no option to start one! I've tried three different browsers, two different devices, resetting devices, and more! Still just wasted three hours on this, and still nothing. Please help, my case number is #57883177 . Hope I can just get this done with.

To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.
