No EA live chat option

Hi

When using the EA help there is no option to use the EA live chat even though i was able to use the live chat a few days ago for the same issue. It only gives an option to call and I can't do that. i've tried for the past two days to use the live chat at many different times and it doesn't even give me the option to use it. Why is this?

For Live Chat try to use Internet Explorer and you need to change your country of residence to the United Kingdom from the menu at the top of the screen.

In most countries are available between 09:00-21:00 Monday-Saturday

This has not helped as I followed all of these steps previously to no success. The live chat option is NOT greyed out it doesn't even give me the option to access it only call. My question has not been answered.

Check this link https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Live-chat-function-disappeared/m-p/6483424#M274868  .You could try another device, like a smartphone or..  to get in touch via live chat with a game advisor.

Ok again this doesn't help as it is not telling me anything you already haven't told me but don't worry anymore.  It's obvious your job is not to actually help me but just send me in circles. Have a good day.
