New email

I changed my email and it wont let me link my old account in origin ..it is telling me that I already am linked to another email however I do not have access to the email account anymore .. How do I change the email address that my EA account is linked to so that  may link my ORIGIN

Oops…that account has already been linked to a different ID. To review your linked accounts, select Account and Privacy from the Origin menu.
