New PC, banned??

On my new PC it says that I am banned on Battlefield 3, can I have help with this?

@SDecepti0n_ The PC that you use will have no bearing on ban status.

Were you banned previously? You can see info on bans here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

It's worth noting that if it was a single-server ban these are applied by the server admins, going to another server is your best way forward.
