Needing to Change Email for Madden 20

My ea account is connected to my Xbox and I need to change it because that email is no longer in access how would I do this.

Hey @y0menjii if you are having account issues you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

i have had the same problem for years still cant get an answer. this is ridiculous for how much money i hand them. no other game has you login to another account and doesnt give you an option to change email addresses. this is 2019 lol this is a joke

Shouldnt have to have a call back. EA makes enought money to have a customer service number to call and resolve problems in less than 2 hours. This is a joke.

I have been trying for over a month now.. still have not been able to login. 

Apparently I do not remember enough info and the account recovery team denied my access. EA is directly restricting access to my xbox live subscription and product I paid for. 

Would changing my xbox live gamertag do the trick? Such a poor experience..

EA, what steps do i need to take to be refunded for the games I have purchased since you are unable to resolve my issue?
