Need Urgent Assitance with games that will not launch . . .

Our HP computer was stolen. Now replaced with a Toshiba Satellite : Windows 10, Intel i7-5500u, Nvidia Geforce 930m, 12 GB Ram . Downloads of all of our Sims 3 Games and packs via Origin will not launch we have tried three times.  . .  Cannot  recognise processor ?  The players are two people with very severe Autism and the loss of these games, which they have happily played for many years, is a serious matter . .  for them the little Sim that they play together is an integral part of their lives and the way they relate to each other.  PLEASE HELP

It's probably an unrecognized graphics card, which I can help you fix but, lets be sure that's all it is. Please Post your DXDIAG report.
