Hi, I have a case number open with EA support and I can't connect to EA support via chat or call because I have a case open. The case number is 50196689.
I don't have access to the email that's associated with my EA account and so I'm trying to get with the account recovery team. However, it appears that in the support case they are sending messages to the email that I don't have access to. I responded to the support case by uploading an attachment with text, but I'm worried I won't be able to perform the required steps for account recovery if they are emailing the wrong email.
Please help. You can download the attachment in the support case for more information on what email to be contacting.

The account recovery team are the only ones who can help in relation to issues such as you are experiencing.
