Name is ivn_mrtinz,got hacked and changed to LosTikkRus,also security question [ Edited ]

Hi there! This is not my real Origin ID. My ID is ivn_mrtinz and my account name and email were changed. I was able to revert my email but the name id is blocked by a new security question that I don't know the answer to. Any help would be appreciated! 

Screenshots are attached. **Note top-right is proof I was able to change email address back.
