My account was wrongfully banned. I didn't break any of EA rules. Every time I have created a case it ends up going no where. Now I cant even get into chat with a representative. Is there a phone number that I can call to actually talk to someone or do I have to continue to make cases that will be unresolved?

Account bans are not something that we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned.
