My sims 4 content has dissapeared

Hi wondering if somebody can help.

I had the sims 4 game with almost all expansion packs and yesterday my game wouldn’t update or repair. 

I uninstalled origin and installed it again and now there is no games in my library and it wants me to buy them all again!! 

Please help me!

Hey @Louise2568 

Could you please check if you've logged into correct EA account again?  Thankfully, it's not possible for the games to be simply erased from the account, but sometimes login details can get mixed up and eventually you might log into a wrong account 

I'd also recommend to check if you don't have any filters enabled in your Games Library on Origin. More information in this article: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/
