My origin account changed but i know nothing

I just bought fifa13 from you and i install with my origin account. But yesterday, when i try to play. I cannot log in to my account anymore. Origin send me an email says that my email has been changed. But i din change my email. So i register new account with my existing email and i try to load my Fifa13 but it says i need to activate my account. I key in the serial number but it says already been used.

i think my origin been hacked.

So is there a solution for me to cancel the game at the hacked account and transfer to my new account now?
