My friend forgot their e-mail.

Hello,

 My friend has forgotten the password to the e-mail and to the Origin account so he can't login.

Also he can't contact help.ea.com because he can't login if he doesn't have the password also he can't call support.

Can someone help?

@nikodemonek Your friend will need to speak with our live support, if he does not know his email or password on the account then he will need to create a new EA account with which to contact support.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat
