My cases bug

Why is not my "my cases" section showing messeges in each case that I have had with the game advisors so far. It doesn't show anything. Anyone had the same problem?

Are you seeing your cases listed @6nothingistrue6 or just an empty screen? Are you able to resume a case or start a new one?
