My bought game dissapeared [ Edited ]

So I bought Sims 4 in origin, I downloaded it the last summer and everything was okay. After a few months I deleted the game from my pc as I didn't have time to play (I honestly don't know why I did this). My problem is that even though I log in to my account, my game library is empty! I can't seem to find the game anywhere! I can provide the code and my email and perhaps ea can verify that I bought it and help me restore it somehow, because I really want to play the game, I have the discs and everything and I payed 60€ for it. Please help me. Thanks for your time.

please dont post personal data like email here. I think i know the solution tho your problem tho. Try clearing your origin cache as described here.
