My account was wiped

So I logged back into my origin a few days ago, interestingly I couldn't log in at first and origin wouldn't email me a reset for some reason. Finally stumbled onto the right password and got in though.  However now that I'm in, I find that my games library friends list, even order history has been wiped clean, I don't even show up on my friends lists anymore.  My account was wiped.  So I contact support, the only option for this problem is to contact EA directly either through online chat or have a callback.  I went through the motions,  and have now spent literally hours waiting for a return call or a chat interaction.  Multiple hours over three days, even trying different times of day.... Nothing.  So what now just accept the fact that EA has stole money form me at this point?  Anyone got an Idea?

Hey @Biguns00 it's most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

Hey @Biguns00 it's most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.
