My account was deleted. Why?

Previously I've brought a few games including Battlefield 4. As I am going to buy Mirror's Edge™ Catalyst, I discovered that my account was deleted. I recreated my account using the same email but my games are all not there. I still have the receipts back from ordering Battlefield 4 as proof. Can EA look into it?

Accounts don't just get deleted. You will have to contact an EA Game Adviser @ http://help.ea.com and have them help you recover your lost account.
