My account is expired

I had an Origin account and I would play Sims on it. After a while of not playing, my login info wouldn't work. So I guess it expired. Is there anyway to recover that account or to make the game disk be able to be installed on a different device without that Origin account?

You will need to contact support to recover access if you cant access it anymore for some reason: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/contact-ea-help . Be sure to have some account info with you before you contact them for account ownership verification etc.
