Before I Begin: I will like to let Origin know that I created this account solely to talk about my previous account that has been compromised
I received this email below from EA Origin on October 16 2012.
I have attached it for your reference.
I DID NOT request for this change of email address and I am afraid my account is compromised.
I am UNABLE TO LOG IN into Origin client now to play my games, neither with my email add or my username with my current password.
The email below states i am to contact "Origin Help" for immediate assistance.
I had been searching high-and-low for a way to contact EA for help but was not able to find any
I realized all your help services were only available to those who who log into EA (which is why i created this new account).
This is my account summary
Username: mathyrez
Purchases: Fifa 11, Fifa 12, Fifa 13, Battlefield 3
I would be glad if EA could get back to me on this issue.
I even have soft copies of document of my purchases.
I am willing to give additional details for further verifications of my account.
